糖醋排骨 (Sweet and sour spare ribs Chinese Style)

Ingredients:
500g pork ribs, chop into small pieces
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp white wine
2 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp soy sauce
5 tbsp water
Methods:
1. Heat oil in a saucepan, add in the ribs and cook for 5 min.
2. Mix in the wine, sugar, vinegar, water and soy sauce and let it cook for a further 10 min.

hey, i cooked that too but i dun add in oil ne...just mix up the sauce and cook until the sauce are absorbed. hehe...and i dun chop them into small piece, i like them to be a "long" rib.2007-05-17 03:27:11
