Ingredients:
1 medium chicken
1 portion of vegetable oil
1 portion of cooking (or white) wine
1 portion of soy sauce

Methods:
1. Heat the portion of oil in a saucepan, add in the chicken and cook for 5 min

2. Pour in the wine and soy sauce and cook on low heat for another 20 min

Chicken with celery

Ingredients:
500g chicken thighs, cut into small pieces
8 sticks of celery, cut into small pieces
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp corn flour
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper

Methods:
1. Marinade the chicken with soy sauce, salt, pepper, corn flour and ½ tbsp sesame oil for 30 min

2. Heat ½ tbsp sesame oil in sauce pan, add in the chicken and cook for 8 min

3. Mix in the celery and cook for a further 8 min.

Drumsticks with onion

Ingredients:
12 Chicken drumsticks
2 large onion, sliced.
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper

Methods:
1. Heat oil in saucepan and cook the drumsticks for 10 min


2. Add in onion, salt and pepper, and cook for a further 10 min

 

Honey and mustard chicken wings

Honey and mustard chicken wings

Ingredients:
12 chicken wings
3 tbsp clear honey
3 tbsp wholegrain mustard
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Methods:
1. Stir in 2 tbsp of honey and 2 tbsp of mustard into the chicken wings, leave it marinade for 15 min.

2. Heat oil in a saucepan, add in chicken wings and cook for 10 min.

3. Mix in the remaining honey and mustard, cook for 10 min more.

Thai Red Curry Chicken

Thai Red Curry Chicken

Ingredients:
500g Chicken, cut into small pieces
2 medium sized potatoes, cut into chucks
3 Carrots, cut into bite-sized
Mushroom, quartered
1 Onion, cut into small slices
Half pot of Thai red curry paste
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Method:
1. Heat oil in a saucepan, add in chicken and cook for 10 min.

2. Mix the potatoes and carrots into the chicken cook for 5 more min.

3. Add in mushroom and onion and cook for a further 5 min.

4. Stir in Thai red curry paste and bring to boil.
