Tagliatelle with Smoked Mackerel

Ingredients:
1 tbsp vegetable oil
250g mushroom, quartered
350g dried or fresh tagliatelle
125g smoked mackerel, cut into small pieces
200ml single cream
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Method:
1. Boil a large pan of salted water, add the pasta and cook according to the packet instruction.
2. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add in mushroom and cook for 8 min until soft.
3. Stir in mackerel, cream and lemon juice into the mushrooms and season.
4. Drain the pasta and toss with the cream sauce.
