Thai Red Curry Chicken

Ingredients:
500g Chicken, cut into small pieces
2 medium sized potatoes, cut into chucks
3 Carrots, cut into bite-sized
Mushroom, quartered
1 Onion, cut into small slices
Half pot of Thai red curry paste
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Method:
1. Heat oil in a saucepan, add in chicken and cook for 10 min.

2. Mix the potatoes and carrots into the chicken cook for 5 more min.

3. Add in mushroom and onion and cook for a further 5 min.

4. Stir in Thai red curry paste and bring to boil.
