Ingredients:
1kg potatoes
Vegetable oil
1/2 tbsp Chilli Powder
1/2 tbsp Paprika Powder
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper
Methods:
1. Wash the potato and cut into wedges, but don’t peel them.
2. Boil with salt water for 5 minutes.
3. Put the potatoes into a large bowl, mix with vegetable oil, chilli powder, parprika powder, salt and pepper.
4. Place in an oven on 220oC / Gas mark 7 for 30 minutes until potatoes are crispy and brown.
